Deposit & Payment
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your event date. For custom installations, the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to setup. For Pop+Go packages, the balance is due at the time of pickup.
Order & Pickup
Orders are limited to a maximum of 10 days after the initial request. Pickups are strictly limited to the designated Pop+Go location. Custom event bookings are generally scheduled 14 days in advance.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Date changes must be submitted with at least 7 days notice. Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions including hurricanes, storms, and extreme heat. In such cases, rescheduling is required.
Weather & Care
Outdoor installations are subject to oxidation and heat popping. We recommend scheduling custom events 14 days ahead to ensure your celebration remains elevated and protected from extreme weather, hurricanes, and storms.
